A non-mandated monitoring inspection was completed to inspect new construction -a memory care environment. The licensing inspector accompanied by facility staff inspected the memory care building for compliance - resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, secure outdoor area, spa, laundry room, dining area, staff office area, etc. An exit interview was conducted with the administrator and on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

A mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/17/2021 and completed on 11/30/2021.The administrator reported that the current census is 31 residents. The inspector emailed the administrator a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed three resident records, three staff records, required postings, medication administration, physician orders, staff schedules, etc. submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The inspector conducted the on-site portion of the inspection on 11/30/2021. An exit interview was conducted with the administrator on the date of on-site inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
