Plan of correction
1.By 12/18/2025, the Executive Director/Resident Service Coordinator/Designee educated the LPN’s and Medication Technicians on 22VAC40-73-680-I. 2.Beginning On 01/26/2026, Resident Services Coordinator/Designee will perform weekly audits of the MAR, for four weeks to maintain ongoing compliance with 22VAC40-73-680-I, ensuring the administration date and time given and initials of direct care staff administering the medication, omissions, refusals and LOA’s. Any deficiencies will be corrected immediately, and findings will be documented and reviewed internally for continuous improvement purposes.
