42 CFR 418.113 Hospice The facility must meet the applicable provisions of the 2012 Edition of the Life Safety Code of the National Fire Protection Association This is a Recertification survey for Medicare under LSC 2012, Chapter 19, Existing. The entire facility was surveyed on October 3, 2023.. The facility meets the standards, No deficiencies were noted at the time of the survey.

No deficiencies were cited at the time of the Medicare Recertification Survey conducted on September 26, 2023, through September 29, 2023. Six (6) home visits were conducted. The hospice program is in compliance with the Conditions of Participation contained under CFR 418.52 through 418.116 Subparts A, B, and C. State agency recommends recertification. Emergency Preparedness Appendix Z was conducted in conjunction with the Medicare Recertification.
