4. A disaster drill for employees is conducted on each shift at least once every three months and documented;
Evidence/Findings:
Based on documentation review and interview, the manager failed to ensure a disaster drill for employees was conducted on each shift at least once every three months and documented. The deficient practice posed a risk if employees were unable to implement a disaster plan, the Department was unable to determine substantial compliance as the required documentation was not available during the inspection, and was not provided during the inspection.
Findings include:
1. A documentation review revealed the following disaster drills:
- January 15, 2022; and
- June 15, 2022.
2. In an interview, E1 and E4 confirmed there was not a documented disaster drill between those two dates. E1 reported E4 might have accidentally filed the missing disaster drill with the evacuation drills. E1 and E4 reported E1 and E4 were unable to find the missing disaster drill with the evacuation drills.
